SLITTER 2: the production range of this plant involves the bespoke longitudinal cutting of cold rolled coils with a thickness of between 0.40 mm and 3.00 mm and a width between 15 mm and 650 mm.
The discs are obtained through the cold molding technique, carried out completely dry, with automatic stacking.

DISC GRINDERS 1: allows cutting with cold rolled tape molds for the production of discs with thicknesses between 0.40 mm and 1.80 mm and diameters between 115 mm and 600 mm.
DISCATRICE 2: allows cutting with cold rolled tape molds for the production of discs with thicknesses between 0.40 mm and 2.50 mm and diameters between 298 mm and 1,000 mm.
The cut to length allows you to obtain standard stainless steel sheets and not up to a maximum width of 1,500 mm and with a length of up to 6,000 mm, for thicknesses between 0.40 mm and 3.00 mm.

The installed line allows you to satin and brush with Scotch-Brite stainless steel finish up to the width of 1,500 mm and up to the thickness of 4.00 mm.
SCOTCH-BRITE: is a brushing process that, through the use of materials in non-woven synthetic fibers (nylon) impregnated with abrasive granules of aluminum oxide and silicon carb, makes the stainless surface perfectly uniform and almost traceless.
POLISHING: the line works with abrasive canvas ribbons of various grains that ensure a good uniformity of the roughness values on the entire surface, the removal of oxides and other impurities and a good finish of appearance.
DUPLO: The line performs more cold brushing, giving steel the aesthetic appearance of the satin with a roughness equal to that of Scotch-Brite.
